My #1 Recommendation For Making Money Online In 2024

Although most people who sell FBA courses like this will tell you that you can make this kind of money, and also sell you on the idea of it being passive income, there are some things about Amazon FBA that you’re gonna want to know before opening your wallet and handing over your credit card.

And this is what we’ll be talking about in this Amazon Wealth Accelerator review.

Whether you’ve been a visitor to my site before, or this is your first time, you’ve probably noticed that I’m not the biggest fan of Amazon FBA, although I have made money with this business model in the past. It’s not necessarily a bad way to make money online, I believe that it’s totally legit – my issue with it is that there are either way too many moving pieces or the profit margins are so slim that the planets have to align in such a way for you have much money in your bank account at the end of the month.

So, in the next few minutes, what I’d like to do is go over some of the questions that people have regarding the Amazon FBA business model, then cover the common questions I get about courses like this.

Hopefully, after you’ve finished reading this, you’ll be able to walk away feeling good about whichever decision you make and knowing six months down the road that you made the right one for yourself.

So, with all that out of the way, let’s pull the curtain back on Amazon FBA…

What is Amazon FBA and How Does The FBA Business Work?

Amazon FBA (Fulfillment By Amazon) is a service that Amazon created so that eCommerce store owners can sell their products through Amazon.  Basically, Amazon allows you to store your products at their facilities (for a fee).

Then, when someone orders your products from them, Amazon takes care of all the picking, packing, shipping and handling, then sends you the money from the order, and offers customized support – minus what they charge you for the service.

It’s actually not a bad setup, so long as you can afford the service fees.

How Do You Get Started?

The first thing you’ll need to do is create an Amazon Seller’s Account, then you’ll need to contact a supplier for your products and have them ship your inventory to the Amazon fulfillment center.

Next, you need to list your items on Amazon, set the price and wait for customers to buy it.

How Much Does Amazon FBA Cost?

There are a couple different types of fees that Amazon charges you for the services…

Fulfillment fees are based on the size of the products and broken down into 2 categories: Apparel and Non-Apparel. The cost for Apparel can range anywhere from $3.06 up to $194.95. For Non-Apparel, the cost ranges from $3.22 up to $194.95.

Inventory fees are based on the amount of space that your products take up and are priced by cubic foot per month. The price ranges anywhere from $0.87 per cubic foot per month to $1.40 per cubic foot per month.  Plus it can go as high as $6.90 per cubic foot if your products have been sitting in the facility for over a year.

What Are The Pros and Cons of Amazon FBA?

  • Convenience: Amazon takes care of all the logistics, which means you can focus more on sourcing products from your suppliers and marketing.
  • Prime: Your products are eligible for Prime shipping, meaning your customers can pay less and buy more.
  • Expansion: Amazon can ship lots of orders, meaning you can scale out your business.

  • Fees: Fees can add up, which means you need to move products fast or pay out the nose for storage.
  • Control: Amazon controls the shipping, handling and customer service – plus your products are sent out in Amazon packaging, meaning none of your own branding in place.
  • Inventory Management: You need to keep tabs on your inventory, which can be difficult given that you’re not on site.

Now that we’ve gone over the basics of Amazon FBA, I’d like to go into a little more detail about Amazon Wealth Accelerator and Camron James.

Are There Better Ways To Make Money Online In 2024?

First let me say that Amazon FBA isn’t all that bad of a business model, I’ve personally made a decent amount of money with it, but I have to say that it’s not all that easy either.

There’s a lot that you have to juggle, and what you don’t have to juggle, you’re paying a lot to Amazon to do the juggling for you.

Plus the profit margins are tough to work with.

For example, seasoned amazon sellers typically likes to see an average of 20-30%.

A newbie will usually see 10-20% while they’re learning the ropes.

But it’s considered unsustainable if your profit margins are hovering around 5%.

This is why I prefer Digital Leasing over Amazon FBA.

What is Digital Leasing?

It’s the process of setting up digital assets for local small business owners so that they can bring in customers.

This process brings in anywhere from $500-$2000 per month for each digital asset I own, plus it’s all virtually 100% passive income with profit margins of 80-90%.
