Amazon Wizard is an online arbitrage and Amazon course created by Dr. Sajad Ali where he shows you how to find products (most private labeling products) and make money by selling them on Amazon.
Effectively, the way this works is that you do your own product research, but instead of keeping all the products stored in your garage you would ship to a different location, specifically to an Amazon warehouse – which is known as Amazon FBA (Fulfilled By Amazon).
My #1 Recommendation For Making Money Online In 2024
This is actually not a bad way to make money online. Traditionally, the way people have approached ecommerce is to come up with a product idea, develop the product on your own or find a supplier for your product, build an ecommerce website either through Weebly, WordPress, or Shopify (the most popular), and then when someone orders your products you collect the payment and ship them out to your customer.
Unfortunately, you could run into issues like…
Security Concerns: When handling sensitive customer data like credit card numbers and and their home addresses, you have to be really careful how you store this information because of the risks of cyber attacks – protecting your customers’ information requires a lot of security. But you also have to keep in mind that these added security measures don’t come cheap either.
Tough Competition: You also need to keep in mind that it’s pretty easy to get started with an ecommerce store, and because it’s so easy, you’re gonna have to deal with a lot of competition, not just domestically, but globally too. So, in order to stand out, you’re gonna have to be on your game with:
- Your marketing strategy
- Unique branding
- Constant promotion
…all of which will take a huge toll on your bank account.
Shipping and Logistics: When running an ecommerce store you are solely responsible for making sure that your customers’ orders get shipped out on time and intact. The last thing you need is to have your customers request a refund after waiting 6 weeks for their order, or to have their order arrive on time but completely damaged.
This is one of the reasons why some people choose to let Amazon do all the heavy lifting – which is what we’ll be covering in this Amazon Wizard review.
Over the next few minutes I’d like to go into a little more detail about Amazon FBA and how it works, then answer a few questions you might be thinking regarding Dr. Ali’s program.
I’d also like to touch on what I believe is a better way to make money in 2024.
So, with that said, let’s get the ball rolling…
What Is Amazon FBA and How Does It Work?
We touched on this a little earlier in the review, but essentially the way this works is that you do some research on a specific product niche and trends to see what is hot in the market, then contact a product supplier (AliExpress, Alibaba, US Direct, etc). You would order your products from the supplier in bulk, then have them shipped to an Amazon Warehouse where they handle all the issues like:
- Inventory Storage
- Packing
- Shipping
- Returns
- Customer Service
How Much Does Amazon FBA Cost?
Now, I know that what I just described sounds like an ecommerce entrepreneur’s dream, but let me just say that this dream has a price tag that can take a huge bite out of your profit margins if you’re not careful. For example:
Fulfillment Fees
These fees are subtle and are typically based on the type of product it is and how big they are.
Apparel: The cost for apparel (various types of clothing) can range anywhere from $3.07 – $161.11.
Non-Apparel: The cost for non-apparel (books, electronics, toys, etc) can range anywhere from $3.43 – $161.11.
Storage Fees
Storage fees are based on the amount of space that your product takes us and can fluctuate based on the season. So, for instance…
January thru September: The costs can be as little as $0.75 per cubic foot
October thru December: The costs can be as high as $2.40 per cubic foot.
Long-Term Storage Fees
This is where your inventory management skills have to be on par, because Amazon will charge you extra for products that aren’t selling.
That is if you have products that have been stored in their Warehouse for more than a year, you could be looking at extra fees from $0.15 per unit to as high $6.90 per cubic foot, whichever costs more.
What Are The Pros and Cons of Amazon FBA?
I don’t want to try to persuade you one way or the other if this is right for you, but I do want you to decide for yourself with your eyes wide open if this is something you can tackle. So, here are a few pros and cons to mull over…
Pros
- Logistics and Scalability: Amazon takes care of all the logistics, meaning the seller can focus more on their business.
- Amazon Prime: Certain products can be eligible for Prime, which means more exposure and faster shipping
- Multi-Channel Fulfillment: Sellers can use other platforms to sell their products, so they’re not restricted to just Amazon.
Cons
- High Costs: Amazon FBA can be expensive, especially if you’re selling lower-priced items with slimmer profit margins.
- Inventory Management: You have to follow Amazon’s inventory policies to a “T”, which means you have to keep a close eye on which products have sold and which haven’t.
- Limited Branding: Your products are shipped in Amazon boxes, which means less exposure for your band name.
Now, let’s go into a little more detail about Dr. Sajad Ali and Amazon Wizard…

Who Is Dr. Sajad Ali?
As you might have guessed, Sajad Ali used to be a doctor before getting burned out from having little to no free time. So he started looking for other ways that he could replace his income, but have the time to live his life.
That’s when he came across the idea of eCommerce, specifically through Amazon FBA. He says that after a few months of bumping his head against the wall, he started making more money selling healthcare products than he did as a doctor, even as much as $7500 in just one month.

How Much Does It Cost?
The cost of the program is $1,146. He also offers a 14 day refund policy if you’re not happy. From some of the reviews that are available online, it might not be a bad decision, but they’re few and far between.
Are There Better Ways To Make Money Online In 2024?
So, should you purchase Amazon Wizard? Well, if I were a beginner, I might be willing to roll the dice on a $1,146 program if I could be guaranteed that it could work.
The thing is, I’m not a beginner – I’ve done Amazon FBA before, and let me tell you, it’s not as easy as Dr. Ali would have you think it is.
The competition is crazy especially if you’re going up against Dr. Ali’s other students who are all using the same techniques that are taught in the course.
Not only that, Amazon keeps track of your success, so if you do hit a home run with a particular product, it won’t take long for their in-house to copy your strategies with a product that they can sell for much less
This is why I prefer to do Digital Leasing.
Mainly, because I’m in complete control of my business and don’t have to worry so much about the competition.
Basically, I create digital assets that make me anywhere from $500-$2000 per month for each asset, plus I don’t have to pay crazy overhead fees and I have profit margins of 85-90%.
