If you’ve been looking into making some extra money through the short term rental industry, you may have come across this one guy named Antonio Borolotti who promises that you can turn 100% of inquiries in to solid bookings.
But is that really the case?
This whole Vacation Rental Secrets program isn’t as straight forward as one might think…

Let’s start off with what’s included in the program…as that’s probably the most confusing.
You’ll notice a push for this thing called the Vacation Rental World Summit. This will run you about $540 and is a two day mastermind event where you’ll cover things like:
- Stats and trends
- Connection with property managers
- Access to 2021 recordings (odd since we’re in 2024 now)
- Straight sessions with no break (but coffee is available the whole time…)
Honestly that sounds kinda disappointing. Personally, I think you can find all the stats and trends on your own if you really tried.
Not to mention that it doesn’t seem like there’s any set topic of presentation…for example 9-10:30am goes over prospecting, 10:30-12pm goes over the top furnishings for rentals, 12-1:30 goes over the best locations…
None of that seems present.
Now let’s move on to one on one consultancy:
- $125 for 1 hour
- $250 for 2 hours
- $500 for 4 hours
What sucks is there’s no bulk rate…like if you book 4 hours of one on one time you’d figure they might give a little discount.
The last thing is the program itself. It’s called the “Fully Booked Formula”.
It consists of 3 different modules:
- Module 1: Increase booking conversions
- Module 2: Build an ironclad reputation
- Module 3: Make your website stand out
I’d say the worst part about all this generic information is that it costs $197 PER MODULE!
Yup that’s right…for all that generic information combined you’re looking at forking over $591.
I just don’t think it’s worth it.
Especially in this economy. Which brings me to my next point…
Vacation rentals aren’t doing as well as they once were. Frankly the whole entire vacation rental business isn’t doing so hot.
Most people do not have the extra money to vacation anymore which means bookings across the board are decreasing.
Sure there might be some fancy luxury mansions that never run out of bookings…but for the regular old airbnb…yeah those guys are struggling.
That’s the downside of relying on a business model that’s dependent on people having extra money in their pockets.
I’d rather depend on a business that isn’t vacation dependent…
And that’s why I’ve chosen digital leasing.
People will always need their plumbing fixed or their roof replaced…and businesses will always need someone like me to connect them.
