Youtube is nearly 20 years old now…can you believe it?
Throughout the years it has gone from a silly entertainment platform to now giving birth to new businesses left and right in the creator scape.
Jordan Mackey believes he can help you do it with his Faceless YouTube Channel program. But is he legit? What’s inside the program? And how much does it cost?
Scroll down for my full Bye 9 To 5 Review!
My #1 Recommendation For Making Money Online In 2024
Let’s start off by answering that first question.
Yes, Jordan Mackey is legit.
He has his own YouTube channel and everything.
But here’s the issue I have personally.
He’s only got about 50k subscribers.
To make matters worse, when you go onto a site like Social Blade, you’ll notice that he only gets around 3000 views per month.
That’ll turn barely enough money to buy a fancy drink at Starbucks once a month to be honest, check out the Social Blade estimates…
Here’s another stat for ya that has held pretty consistent over the years with only slight variations:
1,000,000 views on YouTube will earn you $7,000.
If we were to take that exact math and boil it down to a ratio fitting 3,000 views per month, you’ll get $21.
And if the idea is to get passive income that you could live off of…I’d say that’s a pretty far cry away.
Let’s keep in mind too that his channel is one with a face on it…videos with faces will have a much higher dwell time than faceless YouTube videos.
Channels that don’t have sustained viewership won’t get the growth through the algorithm that they desire.
So while Jordan may be legit, I just question the business model that he is presenting with his course.
It’s just hard to make a cash cow YouTube channel these days.
My #1 Recommendation For Making Money Online In 2024
Inside the program you will receive video training on niche research, keyword research, youtube analytics, and youtube automation.
You’ll also be given access to a pretty active private Facebook community
How much does Bye 9 To 5 cost?
Bye 9 To 5 cost’s $697.
This is a one time fee and the refund policy is a 120 action based guarantee.
Basically you have to actually try the program out entirely to have hopes at getting your money back.
And just remember…you’ll only be refunded for the course…not necessarily all the time and extra money you put in trying to get this to work.
So what’s my take?
Honestly, I’d say give it a pass.
It takes a crap ton of time and effort to make money on YouTube. It’s even harder to get monetized in the first place.
My recommendation instead would be digital leasing.
You rank a bunch of small local sites and rent those puppies out for a couple hundred to a couple thousand each month.
It’s way more time efficient imo…
