What Is Digital Leasing?

Digital Leasing is a system developed by Joshua T Osborne mainly because he was burning the candle at both ends. He takes the idea of traditional real estate, throws in his own practical and professional knowledge, and adds a digital spin to it.

The basic idea is to create a digital asset, then rent it to local businesses.

But exactly what type of asset?

Websites! But not just any websites…

Imagine a website so good at generating leads that it’s a game-changer for a specific small business. A website that’s the top result for all the local service search terms related to that business. A website that the small business owner can rely on, month after month, to keep their company growing.

Imagine a tiny business had a website that was killing it at generating leads. A website that at the top for local service search terms. A reliable website for small business owners.

That’s what Digital Leasing is all about.

But you’ll be going up against the lead generation business big boys… like Home Advisor, Thumbtack and Angie’s List.

Their sites are front and center on the first page for almost every local service search terms you could think of. That’s a big slice of the pie they’ve got, and with digital leasing, you’d be taking a bite out of that.

We’re talking roofing, plumbing, tree service, kitchen remodeling, etc.

These big lead generation companies virtually have a strangle-hold on the market.

But the thing is, they kinda suck!

The corporate vulchers couldn’t give a rat’s (you know what), their just in it for the money. In fact, they sell the same rehashed leads over and over to unsuspecting contractors, which is what got Angie’s List in hot water back in the day.

With the way Josh teaches Digital Leasing, you’ll be able to actually make a difference in your local community, by helping local business owners, and start carving your own path towards financial freedom.

It’s a Big Win for everybody.

But, more on that later…

Who Is Joshua T Osborne?

Digital Leasing - Josh and Danelle

Josh didn’t have the best childhoods growing up. In fact, he was a time-bomb waiting to go off. His Dad was absent, his step-dad was abusive, and his mom was always working and hardly ever home.

This left Josh to fend for himself and his brother and sister.

Then times started getting really tough for his family… so much so that Josh made some bad choices that ended with him serving 2 years in prison.

But his guardian angel must have been working over-time and connected him with a mentor that saw the potential in him.

Shortly after he got out of prison, he moved to Colorado and started up his own moving company, which lead him to Digital Leasing.

See, Josh had a gift for digital marketing. But he was getting so much business that he ended up having to sleep in the office.

Even though he was making a killing, he was exhausted and his relationship with his family was taking a hit.

So, what did he do?

He started passing his jobs onto his buddy’s moving company for a small referral fee.

This was his “Ah-hah” moment and Digital Leasing was born.

He figured that he could make more money by referring these jobs to other moving companies, not just in his local area, but anywhere. All he needed to do was build websites to pull in these leads.

And he was right.

Slowly but surely, Josh became more like a digital landlord, with “digital real estate” all across the country.

Today, Josh now runs a thriving Digital Leasing empire. He’s got plenty of family time, and now, he helps others achieve the same thing. It’s the ultimate underdog success story.

How Does The Digital Leasing Model Work?

Well, first things first… you need a website that can generate leads.

So, head over to Snapps.ai and create an account.

This system is pretty sweet… it’s like have platforms like WordPress, Weeble and Wix all rolled up in one.

This website builder has a local marketing vault full of site templates in place for you to grab and go based off the most successful conversion oriented designs.

In fact, Snapps comes loaded with site templates that are ready to go with designs that have successful track records for high conversions.

Next, you need to do some SEO.

I’m sure your heads probably swimming at this point, so let me break it down a little bit better here.

1: Pick a niche

Digital Leasing - Pick A Niche

Like I said earlier… look for niches like Plumbing, Roofing, and Tree Service.

2: Figure out the population size

Digital Leasing - Population Size

Look for cities that have a population from 50,000-300,000. You find more leads this way.

3: Determine the demand for the service

This one is a bit more common sense than anything else. The idea is to look for services that are needed in your general area. For example, you probably wouldn’t look for snow removal in Southern California or West Texas… It’s pretty sunny all year around.

It would make more sense to look for niches like Tree Service in areas like Mobile, Alabama where their trees get hit by storms quite often.

4: Build out the site

Digital Leasing - Build A Stie

We kinda went over this earlier, but it’s really pretty basic stuff. You’ll want to go to a Domain site like GoDaddy.com to see what website names (preferably a .com) are available. Next, you’ll buy it for around $10, then connect it to your site template and hit publish.

5: Do some SEO

This is where your website sinks or swims. Not all websites are created equal, and what separates the men from the boys is SEO (Search Engine Optimization).

What is SEO?

SEO is basically building a website according to Google’s standards. You want good grades from Google.

Fortunately, Google doesn’t keep this stuff a secret, and these are exactly what Josh teaches his students: Content, Backlinks, and Citations.

Content is pretty straightforward. It refers to the words on your website itself. But, Google wants your content written in a specific way.

Backlinks are pretty easy. Basically, a backlink is when another website includes a link to your website. For example, sharing a YouTube video on Facebook creates a backlink to YouTube.

Citations refer to the name, address, and phone number (NAP) of your site. Getting these is incredibly easy and and make a huge impact your ranking.

Do these things correctly and you’ll get a ton of traffic.

6: Find a business owner to pass the work off to

Remember the last time you visited Sam’s Club or Costco and saw someone giving away free samples of an energy drink or frozen pizza to shoppers? The idea is simple… if shoppers like it when they try it, then they’ll buy it.

This is marketing ingenuity if you think about it.

So, you use the same principle to your leads. A local business owner receives a sample of leads from you (for free), and if they like them (i.e., profit from them), they pay you to continue supplying them with leads.

7: Repeat with a bunch of different digital properties

Digital Leasing - Build More Sites

Then all you have to do is repeat the process and make more websites.

Basically, this is what Digital Leasing and the best way to build a lead generation business.

Digital Leasing Reviews By Consumers

Frank had this to say:

“I’ve been in almost 3 months. I’ve made money with the program / made my investment back plus some more. Reason for the 4 stars is that the community is on Facebook platform in a private group. I hate Facebook so I don’t like having to go there for the community & coaching.”

Followed by Truthtalk who said:

Josh and Danelle are amazing people, they put their hearts into this program and have impacted thousands of people by guiding them with the digital leasing method. I myself have been in the program for over 2 years and even though it took me 3 months to make my money back I’ve now made 20 times my investment. It wasn’t easy but he’s honest about that upfront it takes time to learn anything new. Overall a great experience for me and my husband.

And lastly Wrenn said:

“Bought this program in July and have already started to land new clients. This program takes work but if you follow the systems that they layout you will be successful. Not a get-rich-quick course like others I have taken, Josh and his team are coaching us every day of the week. Highly recommend!”

Ok, now that we’ve heard what some people have had to say, you’re probably wondering if Digital Leasing is a scam…

Is Digital Leasing A Scam?

Definitely not! Josh has taken lead generation to the next level.

He teaches this local lead generation business model in such a way that anyone make money online when they couldn’t with other online courses.

And he isn’t all Talk either.

You see most local marketing course creators are out there JUST selling the programs and nothing else.

They’re not out there with you on your daily grind, helping you run your local marketing agency.

But, what if you had someone in your corner showing you how to build your first digital asset, bringing in a $500 to $2,000 payment month after month?

And what if you can get started today, making money next week, and doubling it next month?

That’s Digital Leasing!

And you can do this from anywhere.

Some of the most successful students in this program run their entire 6-figure businesses from:

  • A camper in the middle of the woods
  • A beach chair on the water in Mexico
  • A small villa in Greece

They can travel the world, live their lives first, and run their business second.

So adventure, memories, and experience are the top priority.

And they never have to worry about how to pay for the next trip, or consider asking for time off.

How Much Does Digital Leasing Cost?

It might be a little difficult to find info about the cost of Digital Leasing online. But remember, starting a business using this online business model will require some investment. It would be good idea to have at least $500 ready to kick things off.

Also, starting a Local Marketing Agency can be quite costly. So, you should have funds equal to three to six months of operating expenses saved up.

Digital Leasing Review Conclusion

The Digital Leasing Method has the potential to create a whole new generation of bad ass marketers with their own lead generation business, those daring enough to chase financial freedom. This online venture, anchored by Google, has the power to deliver solid results.

Imagine starting an online business. It’s never a cakewalk—challenges pop up.

Running a Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) store? Watch out. Amazon’s rulebook keeps changing. The penalty… you could face a shutdown.

Thinking about ads on social media… Facebook, Instagram, even Google? Think again. A tiny slip-up, maybe a small rule they just enacted, and you’re in trouble—your ad campaign could be axed.

Trying to launch your own dropshipping store? Better have deep pockets. It’s a contest of spending. Thousands of dollars, each month. And for what? To outshine countless rivals all peddling the same stuff.

That’s why Digital Leasing is a big breath of fresh air. You dodge the rule-change landmines that can blow your business to bits. You don’t fret about Google Ads pulling the plug on your golden campaigns. You sidestep a stampede of competitors moving in on your territory.

Let’s be real—no business is perfect. But consider this: a business that’s light on your wallet to start, one that’s not tangled in rules, and where competition is scarce. It’s almost a dream come true.

And that’s why Digital Leasing is a good option.
