You might be wondering about this Mike Alba guy you’ve seen on Facebook ads lately. It looks like he’s promoting some kind of Ecom D4U solution as long as you have enough money. He starts off his ad by playing on your hate of the current landscape of the guru community “Are you a serious investor or business owner who is sick and tired of the children flashing their rented Lamborghinis to get you into their half-baked “money-making” programs?”
“My name is Mike Alba” he interjects “And I have been working with business owners, investors, and real entrepreneurs for years… helping them to discover the best ways to invest their money into proven business models and generate the best returns possible. Our clients are consistently replicating our systems and creating online businesses that produce 6 and 7-Figure income streams.”
Wow, that’s pretty impressive. So how does he do all this? “We do this by building REAL E-COMMERCE BUSINESSES that leverage the incredible amount of traffic and exposure that is only available on Amazon.” Ok so that explains it a little bit, but last I checked you have to really have T’s crossed and I’s dotted when it comes to Amazon. One misstep and your whole operation could crumble at the flip of a switch.
So far in his ad it all sounds a little get rich quick or get rich if you pay. But Mike does try to reassure us: “Now, this isn’t some get-rich-quick… dropshipping program. Anyone who has actually been successful in this space knows that MOST dropshipping models violate the terms of service of Amazon AND there are so many things that can go wrong…” Ok, that makes me feel a tad better. He’s at least seeming aware of the pitfalls. So what’s his solution?
“This is why after years of profitably selling with Amazon and perfecting my own systems, I decided to put together the best programs to show people exactly how building a real business leveraging Amazon is actually done. This has led to me working with hundreds of students who have been able to follow my proven business model and finally get a passive income source that is profitable, sustainable, and scaleable.”
Of course as you can imagine after he finishes building himself up to look like an expert he pitches you his “free training” (expect an upsell). “I’m warmly welcoming you to put me to the test! I’ve created a very detailed and comprehensive training that I will provide to you absolutely free. All you have to do is click the below or tap “Send Message” and I’ll send it right over to your inbox”
There’s no word yet on his site about how much his Innovative Ecom program costs. I’d imagine a couple thousand dollars since you’ll have to hop on a call with his team. Mike seems like an OK guy. I have no reason to call him shady. I suppose I just don’t like the idea of investing potentially five figures into a business model that I have no control over…Mike handles it all at the end of the day. Are there any guarantees? What if I pay him and the store gets flagged? Will he give the money back or just pocket it and run? Personally, I want to do something that I have more control over. Check out my solution below.
