Let’s start off by talking about Jordan Stambaugh and determining whether or not he’s legit.
Frankly, I don’t find anything that says he isn’t legit.
He doesn’t have a secret history or anything like that.
As a young adult he went to Western Washington University and after graduating he started working as a freelance designer.
Not too long after, he realized he wanted more and stumbled across Dan Klein and the Job Killing program.
He joined JK and ended up creating his own successful lead generation business.
Next he decided to become a “coach” and this is where things start to fall off a little bit.
See I’m not saying that just because you learn something from someone doesn’t mean you can’t go off and start your own coaching program or anything.
After all, if that were the case we wouldn’t have been blessed with guys like Tony Robbins who took everything he learned from Jim Rohn and applied it to his own personal development business.
That said, not everyone is Tony Robbins and not everyone is cut out to be a coach.
Unfortunately…I don’t think Jordan is cut out to be a coach.
When you’re a coach, and a successful one, you need to be constantly providing value and posting new content and new success stories.
Jordan doesn’t really have any of that…

Jordan hasn’t been updating his blog, YouTube channel, or even his own website with testimonials.
That lack of activity is not all that confidence inspiring.
And hey, this isn’t to take anything away from his success as an agency owner…it’s just that not all star athletes make great coaches. Think of Magic Johnson for example…

Similar to his Job Killing counterpart, Jordan does not list the Rank And Rent Mastery cost anywhere. You’ll have to hop on a phone call to find out.
My guess is that you’re looking at anywhere from $3,000-$5,000.
Personally, due to lack of social proof, helpful content, and transparency on cost…I just can’t recommend the Rank and Rent Mastery program.
The business model is great though, you just need someone that’s great at coaching to teach it.
And no…it’s not the Job Killing program either because frankly…the support there has been lacking a tad since 2021.
I encourage you to check out Digital Leasing.
These guys have been in the game for years and are proven as coaches with all the different testimonials and free content they continue to push out.
