Bob Diamond is self proclaimed America’s Tax Sale attorney. The program he sells is called Overages Blueprint. It’ll set you back $1,497 or 3 payments of $597. After your card clears, you’ll learn about the “huge government scandal” Bob alludes to in his YouTube ad. Is Bob Diamond legit? What is he gonna teach ya’? Are there any downsides? We’ll take a look at all that and more down below. Scroll down for my Overages Blueprint review
My #1 Recommendation For Making Money Online In 2024
So what’s this loophole that Bob Diamond and Bob Diamond only has found? Basically there are some folks out there who sadly have fallen behind on property taxes and unfortunately get tax sale foreclosures. These homes then go to auction and real estate investing guys buy em’ up for cheap. The gov then pays off the back taxes due and pockets the rest of the sale. But that money is actually owed to the homeowner right? Exactly. And most people don’t know that they have money out there to be claimed. This is where you come in.
Overages Blueprint will show you everything you need to know to successfully reach out to these people and get them their money back. Of course, you will receive a commission for this. And not to worry, Bob Diamond assures you that you don’t need any prior experience or skills or licenses to succeed at this. If you have a smartphone and computer, you’re all set. Inside Overages Blueprint you’ll get all the guides, modules, scripts, legal docs, and best states to do this in.
So, let’s say decide to join. You hop in, get busy, and actually land a deal somehow. What does that all look like? Well according to Bob, he says the average deal from start to finish will take about 10 hours of actual work. You’ll get paid the infamous “finders fee” which is about 35% give or take. Meaning an average commission of about $10,000 per deal…or a thousand dollar an hour skillset. Sounds peachy, but I do have some concerns…
My #1 Recommendation For Making Money Online In 2024
The first concern being that since we all aren’t attorney’s…it’s pretty confusing. And look, even though Bob says anyone can do it, I feel like a silverback in the middle of the ocean. Plus, what happens if I unknowingly do something illegal? Like Bob says you can’t do this in some states. And something tells me (cuz of how much the government sucks) the rules keep changing. The last thing I want is the feds coming after me just because they made up some law to keep us people trying to make a living down. However, Bob Diamond is an attorney, I’m sure he’ll keep us updated. I hope so anyway.
Secondly, I’d be pretty uncomfortable. Imagine for a second that you’re calling somebody up who just lost their home. Even if you have the purest intentions, don’t you think it’d be pretty embarrassing to get a call from a complete stranger that knows your home got foreclosed on…and then says they can help get you money back through tax sale overages? Plus if I did believe them, wouldn’t I just politely hang up and then figure out myself instead of spending 10k on someone to make a few calls that I could make?
Lastly, even if you overcome all this cuz your so gung ho’…Big Boss Bob still says it takes 4 months for you to get paid out. I’m sorry, but that’s probably a no go for me. Nothing against Bob Diamond and Overages Blueprint, but I’d get impatient for 4 months at something and not seeing a dime. I’d probably move on to something else. He might be legit, and he might have students that are making money online. But it’s not for me. What about you?
