Paper Flips Review (Updated): Is Dolmar Cross Legit?

If you’ve been looking at getting into real estate investing lately, you may have come across this guy named Dolmar Cross.

He’s got a new system that he’d like to share with ya that could finally help you make that break out in real estate.

But you’re kinda questioning it all…I don’t blame ya.

In my full Paper Flips review I’ll answer questions like: Is Dolmar Cross legit? What’s inside Paper Flips? And how much does Paper Flips cost?

My #1 Recommendation For Making Money Online In 2024

Let’s get started by talking about what Paper Flips actually is.

It’s a wholesaling real estate program that claims to help you provide a consistent cash flow without buying, renovating, or flipping a property.

I’ve gotta say…the idea is intriguing at the very least.

Now take this next part as you will, but Paper Flips isn’t exactly a “standalone” program. You see, it’s actually a program that’s hosted on the Awesomely website.

If that name sounds kind of familiar, that’s because it used to be known as Awesome REI.

Which is basically this giant platform that hold real estate investing programs.

So what exactly is Paper Flips teaching?

Long story short you are going to be taught how to find a seller, gain equitable interest on that by your ability to list it, and then a buyer will purchase the contract from you.

Now if that sounds confusing…that’s probably because it is…I’m still kinda confused on how it all works to be honest.

If you ask me…it sounds like a middle man type of deal that’s not entirely necessary.

Which makes me wonder if it’d be worth it in the long run…

But hey, considering much it costs…I can’t say it’s a terrible investment.

My #1 Recommendation For Making Money Online In 2024

Paper Flips costs $97 and comes with a 100% money back guarantee.

Can’t say it’s the worst thing for $97…that’s probably cheaper than what you spend at Starbucks each month right?

This program is for beginners and seasoned real estate investors alike, however flipping contracts is not as easy as it seems.

With something kinda complicated like Paper Flips, a community would be helpful…but you’re not getting a community for $97 lol.

When it comes to outside 3rd party reviews…it seems to be bone dry. There are some reviews on his YouTube channel as testimonials…but that’s about it.

I’d personally like to see some stuff pop up on the BBB or Reddit.

Contrary to other programs where I give a relatively harsh “no”, I give this course a “meh”.

At the very least you’ll gain understanding of a new business model…you’ll just have a hard time implementing it without coaching in my opinion.

That said, I could imagine worse ways of spending $97.

If you don’t think paper flipping is gonna be for you, and you want something that’s a bit less complicated, I recommend checking out digital leasing.

This business model is much more straight forward and you get access to coaching and a community.
