The Course On Website Flipping Review (Updated): If Mushfiq Sarker The Best Website Flipping Guru?

If you’ve been looking to make a quick buck online you may have come across this idea of website flipping.

It’s basically where you buy a website for say $1000 and then flip it for $10,000.

Kinda like how you flip real estate, but on a far less competitive scale.

So what’s the deal?

Is Mushfiq Sarker legit?

My #1 Recommendation For Making Money Online In 2024

Mushfiq Sarker got started website flipping in college.

What was just a little side hustle turned into some pretty massive pay days! One of his sites that he maintained even got bought out for $25k.

Personally I think that is a little low…so I have some questions…but nonetheless I’m sure you wouldn’t complain about a 25k pay day either right?

And the idea here is to do multiple deals like these every year.

If you can do that, you’ll hit 6-figures easy right?

Maybe…

But I’ll get into that more later.

Let’s dive into what you get inside his program:

  • Introduction
  • Website Flip Lifecycle
  • Find Websites To Buy
  • Website Valuations 101
  • Due Diligence 101
  • Growing the Site
  • Positioning For Sale
  • Executing The Flip
  • Bonus Videos

You’ll get these 8 modules that span 51 videos for 6 hours of content.

So how much does the course on website flipping cost? And is it worth it?

How Much Does The Website Flipping Course Cost

My #1 Recommendation For Making Money Online In 2024

The program alone costs a one time fee of $390.

Personally, I don’t think that’s so bad for a bunch of videos as long as it’s helpful

Next up is the first upsell…and yes…there are upsells.

His “due diligence” offer will run you $690

The course + due diligence + one on one strategy call altogether will run ya a whopping $1019.

Did you do the math too?

It makes more sense to buy the option with the strategy call…hmmm I wonder why…

Maybe even more upsells?

Now with all the cost stuff out of the way, what do I think about it?

Even if the reviews seem kinda fake (just check his trustpilot)…I do think there is some value to be had here. Maybe not $1000 worth…but certainly $390.

You see the model of website flipping is still very active. You’ll constantly having to be chasing deals and convincing people to pay you 10s of thousands for your sites.

Sheesh, I mean I get exhausted just thinking about it.

That’s why I prefer digital leasing. You make a bunch of little websites that rank for local services. And instead of trying to convince someone to buy your site for thousands of dollars because it has traffic…

All you gotta do is make sure that the local businesses are making money off the jobs you send them…and that’ll earn ya a couple hundred bucks per month per site on repeat.

No added leg work.

Sounds a lot better right?
