#1 is something I hear from a lot gurus these days. “learn how to live rent free while earning income from your property”. The way most gurus go about this by encouraging you to buy either a duplex, or a house with a basement and then rent it out for your mortgage + some extra pocket money. In turn you are then technically living rent free and pocketing some cash on a property that your name is one.
It sounds nice, but honestly…who wants to rent out their own place and share space with a total stranger? Even if they’re paying you? To me, that strategy sounds nice on paper, but isn’t all that comfortable in reality. #2 is good if you have the financial means already, but that is extremely tough as a beginner. #3 is probably the best advice of the 3 points and you can always benefit from collaboration at a comfortable level.

So any word on price for all this stuff after Brody pushes you to a phone call? No word on price yet. But if we go off of the industry standard, you’re looking at anywhere from $10,000-$25,000 just for the mentorship and training. That doesn’t include all the credit risk and capital you’ll need to start investing in these properties. My recommendation? Check out what I do. You’ll find it cashflows just as much and requires far less capital.
