Superhost Academy Review (Update 2024): Is Brad Dillard Legit?

Everyone dreams of having enough money to do whatever you want to do and whenever you want to do it, right? 

The question is what’s the best way to get there? 

Of course, you could take the most passive route and play the lottery, but your chance of hitting the jackpot is pretty slim. 

So, what should you do? 

Well, stats show that 90% of millionaires today have created their wealth through owning real estate, so let’s start there.

This includes learning rental arbitrage, where you rent properties to then rent out on Airbnb.

The program is structured in three phases:

  • focusing on earning while learning
  • setting up your own listings
  • eventually buying properties to achieve long-term financial stability

Superhost Academy provides tools, templates, scripts, video content, group coaching calls, personalized coaching, superhost status, AirBnB superhost badge, and exclusive rewards.

You’ll see a positive and negative review here and there, but it’s a new program so there aren’t many verified success stories.

Who Is Brad Dillard?

Brad Dillard is a real estate teacher from Salt Lake City, Utah who specializes in short-term rental investments. Before getting into Airbnb and short-term rentals, Brad was a tax associate, working 80 hours a week. He spent over two years with firms like:

  • Poston
  • Denney & Killpack, PLLC
  • Stayner Bates PC

But after being turned down for a raise, Brad decided to switch his career towards sales.

He started Airbnb hosting in 2020 with Rocky Mountain Homestays. He was pretty successful and scaled his operations to earn a six-figure income, which he then decided to resign from his sales manager position in 2021 after nearly three years.

Brad also co-founded L&D Tax and Consulting Services and holds a master’s degree from Weber State University.

How Much Does It Cost? 

I couldn’t find anything listed on the internet for the cost of his program, so you’ll need to schedule a call with his team in order to get that information. 

There also isn’t anything about a refund policy, so tread lightly.

Are There Better Ways To Make Money In 2024? 

There is certainly some potential in making money with AirBnB properties and Rental Arbitrage in general, but there are a lot of moving pieces and it’s not as easy as Brad Dillard makes it out to be. 

That’s why I think Digital Leasing (Local Lead Generation) is the better option, because it gives you all the upside potential of owning real estate without all the downside risks.
