If you wanna make money online, Jeff Baxter says you should forget about Amazon FBA altogether. Even further he says dropshipping, shopify, MLM, and affiliate marketing are all out of the question too. “Listen, a lot of those business models are completely outdated and/or saturated,” he says. “I make over a hundred thousand dollars every single month, without doing any of those businesses. And I know some of you guys are sick and tired of seeing these gurus in their rented Lamborghinis, mansions, and designer clothes.”
“This is not that type of video,” Jeff says, as he tries to differentiate himself from gurus in this YouTube Ad. “In fact, I actually make money doing what I teach, unlike a lot of those guys who only make money by teaching you how to make money. There’s a difference, right? Now, with that being said, there’s one particular online business that I’m involved with which contributes to my overall monthly income that I’d like to share with you. And it’s perfect for beginners and those who aren’t technically savvy.”
Even with all that said, Jeff still backpedals and mentions how these results aren’t typical since most people won’t put in the work. But if you think you’re different, and can put in the work, then Jeff Baxter is pretty confident he’ll be able to help you start your own online business. He goes on to show us a merchant account he has with his payments rolling through, $3500, $2500, $5000, the list goes on.
And unlike the fake gurus that might use this tactic on video…Jeff claims none of those transactions are people purchasing his course. I guess I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt since he’s trying to differentiate himself so much, even if the payment details are suspiciously blurred out. “The beautiful thing about this particular business model,” Jeff adds, “is that it allows you to make big ticket, re-occurring paydays. You can see that on some days I’m able to receive payments upwards of five thousand dollars. And this is money that comes in month after month after month.”
Now the catch. At the end of the “non guru” ad, Jeff lets us know that he’s holding a free workshop this week and that we should sign up. He’ll show us how this all works, even if we completely suck at internet stuff. So for you and for guru science, I sat in on this little workshop….What Jeff is really promoting is starting your own local social media marketing agency. So for example, think about running Facebook ads for dentist in Houston or a tow truck driver in Nashville.
These small business owners pay him thousands to keep the leads flowing. Part of his client acquisition sales funnel for his advertising agency is doing cold outreach on Facebook. He says it’s as simple as finding out if they’re running ads already and if they’re not, hit em’ with an offer they just can’t turn down. A lot will say no, but a few will say yes. But you’ll make sure to get crazy good results for those who take the leap with you and hope the payment comes through each month. Is this the real deal? Of course it is!
Honestly, I think Jeff is marketing as much as a straight shooter can. I have no reason to believe that he isn’t practicing what he’s preaching, so no complaints over here. The only thing that concerns me though is building a business on Facebook only. I’ve seen way to many stories about people doing 5, 6, 7 figures a month in ads get crushed by a permanent account ban overnight. What’s the solution for when that happens?
