1-Day Real Estate Freedom Summit Review (Updated): Is Ryan and Janine Mix Legit?

Everyone knows that real estate investing is one of the best business models to create financial freedom. Ryan Mix and his wife Janine know this better than anyone because at one point in time they were more than $120,000 in debt, but switched things around to now owning over $15 Million in real estate.

They also did this without the traditional advice of cutting back on credit card spending or skipping their favorite caramel lattes. Now they want to show you how they did it in this 1-Day Real Estate Freedom Summit Review.

It doesn’t matter where you are in life or what your current circumstances are, because Ryan says that you can create passive income with real estate investing business model. Whatever drives your desires – it could be taking vacations to remote locations, buying new houses or flashy cars, or rubbing elbows with your favorite celebrities like George Clooney or Jennifer Aniston – let those desires be the fuel that pushes you to make whatever your dream is a reality.

The funny thing is that I heard about Ryan and Janine Mix from an ad I saw where they were taking shots at guys who drive fancy sports cars.

Et Tu Brute?

Oh well, whatever way you need to get people’s attention I guess.

I’m not going to sit here and pass judgment on anyone for wanting the finer things in life… I certainly wouldn’t mind driving around in a pimped out Mercedes Benz. But from what I can tell, Ryan and Janine are a down-to-earth and loving couple. In fact, when Ryan’s parents (who are at retirement age) needed to move, Ryan and Janine flew more than 2,000 miles to help them get packed and rent a moving van. I guess other relatives in the area could get off work, but Ryan didn’t waste the opportunity to shoot a quick video about it.

Janine, who is certainly not camera-shy, couldn’t pass on a video about some of their adventures in Africa either. In fact, She talks about how they were able to spend a few nights in a mansion with servants waiting on them hand and foot, a professional Chef at their beck and call, and a personal bodyguard.

The couple does wear their hearts on their sleeve and took compassion on several African babies by making a few donations to their families. Now, I know that all of this was also caught on video, and the cynic in me is just screaming “STAGED”, but I choose to give the couple the benefit of the doubt. It’s not every day you get that kind of opportunity, much less with a camera crew in your back pocket to record it all.

And here’s what pisses me off about the industry.
